- Billing Questions and Issues
- Following up on orders or concerns
- Return and exchange questions and processes
- Return requests for faulty products or size issues
- Correcting Shipping errors
Requirements
- Quick learner who can pay attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team
- 6 months or 1-year prior data entry or CSR experienced
- EP Level Jr - this should focus on the agents writing skills more so than verbal as this is a non-voice account
