Customer Service Representative
Answer inbound calls from clients receiving Healthrageous services, providing clear information, guidance, and support regarding health and wellness programs, ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience.
Responsibilities:
· Handle inbound calls from clients, addressing inquiries related to Healthrageous services and programs.
· Provide guidance and clarify questions about platform usage, benefits, and available resources.
· Identify client needs and offer solutions or escalate to the appropriate department when necessary.
· Accurately and thoroughly document call details and customer interactions in the CRM system.
· Meet established quality standards, response times, and performance metrics.
· Deliver professional, empathetic, and culturally appropriate service in both English and Spanish.
· Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on products, services, and support protocols.
Requirements and Skills:
· Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or phone support (healthcare/wellness sector preferred).
· Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
· Basic knowledge of CRM systems and office tools.
