JOB DESCRIPTION
Customer Billing Representative
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate accurate and timely client invoices based on service agreements and contracts.
- Ensure compliance with billing policies and procedures.
- Verify, classify, and record billing data to maintain accurate financial records.
- Organize and maintain billing documentation for audit and reference purposes.
- Act as a point of contact for client billing inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to address client billing-related concerns.
- Monitor and facilitate the timely receipt of client payments.
- Send bill reminders and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Resolve discrepancies and billing issues in coordination with internal teams.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
- Proven working experience as a Billing Representative in BPO or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with billing processes
- Data entry skills with a keen eye for accuracy and detail.
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets and billing software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving billing discrepancies.
- Customer service orientation and ability to address client concerns effectively.
