    Customer Service Representative handles customers’ subscription concerns through email and tickets.


    SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    The following are the specific duties and responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative.

    • Billing Questions and Issues
    • Cancellation of orders
    • Following up on orders or concerns
    • Product Inquiries
    • Return and exchange questions and processes
    • Return requests for faulty products or size issues
    • Refunds for items
    • Correcting Shipping errors
    • Tracking inquiry


      REQUIREMENTS

      • Desire to help customers
      • Strong written skills
      • Quick learner who can pay attention to detail
      • Ability to work well in a team
      • Preferably with prior data entry or CSR experienced
      • EP Level Jr - this should focus on the agents writing skills more so than verbal as this is a non-voice account
