  • Back order Inquiries
  • Billing Questions and Issue
  • Cancellation of orders
  • Referring to the manufacturer
  • Following up on orders or concerns
  • Product Inquiries
  • Return and exchange questions and processes
  • Return requests for faulty products or size issues
  • Refunds for items
  • Correcting Shipping errors
  • Offering Substitutes for items that are out of stock.
  • Basic Tech Support for items
  • Tracking inquiry
  • Warranty request/claim
  • Wholesale Inquiries
  • Sales
  • Payment processing

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 6 months Customer service experience
  • Prior knowledge of Retail Ops or similar order processing system is a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Quick learner who can pay attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Positive attitude and with desire to help customers
