- Back order Inquiries
- Billing Questions and Issue
- Cancellation of orders
- Referring to the manufacturer
- Following up on orders or concerns
- Product Inquiries
- Return and exchange questions and processes
- Return requests for faulty products or size issues
- Refunds for items
- Correcting Shipping errors
- Offering Substitutes for items that are out of stock.
- Basic Tech Support for items
- Tracking inquiry
- Warranty request/claim
- Wholesale Inquiries
- Sales
- Payment processing
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 6 months Customer service experience
- Prior knowledge of Retail Ops or similar order processing system is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Quick learner who can pay attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team
- Positive attitude and with desire to help customers
