Fair Trade Outsourcing is looking for a Facilities Supervisor to oversee the efficient and effective operation of our workplace. This is a full-time, onsite position, requiring hands-on management, problem-solving skills, and leadership to ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee maintenance and ensure all facilities remain fully operational.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Manage facility resources, including maintenance staff and external vendors.
Implement preventive maintenance programs for equipment and systems.
Conduct regular inspections and proactively address potential issues.
Enforce safety and security protocols, coordinating emergency response drills.
Collaborate with departments to understand and fulfill facility-related needs.
Manage facility budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and expenses.
Supervise cleanliness and orderliness of the facility.
Be available 24/7 for emergencies.
Train Facility Technicians to perform minor repairs.

Requirements & Skills:

1 – 2 years of experience in facilities management or a related role.
Knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Excellent communication and team management abilities.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make informed decisions.
Familiarity with budget management and resource allocation.
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
