Fair Trade Outsourcing is looking for a Facilities Supervisor to oversee the efficient and effective operation of our workplace. This is a full-time, onsite position, requiring hands-on management, problem-solving skills, and leadership to ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee maintenance and ensure all facilities remain fully operational.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Manage facility resources, including maintenance staff and external vendors.
  • Implement preventive maintenance programs for equipment and systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections and proactively address potential issues.
  • Enforce safety and security protocols, coordinating emergency response drills.
  • Collaborate with departments to understand and fulfill facility-related needs.
  • Manage facility budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and expenses.
  • Supervise cleanliness and orderliness of the facility.
  • Be available 24/7 for emergencies.
  • Train Facility Technicians to perform minor repairs.

Requirements & Skills:

  • 1 – 2 years of experience in facilities management or a related role.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and team management abilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with budget management and resource allocation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
